Addiction Crisis Worker Mental Health Program

Accountabilities :

• Patient screening intake / observation assessment crisis intervention treatment planning counseling discharge planning consultation and education
• Preparation of meals
• Attending monthly staff meetings
• Other facility-related duties as assigned

Additional Information :

DURATION : Approximately twelve (12) months or until the previous incumbent returns.

Hours :  Currently days / evenings / nights including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

Salary :

Minimum : $32.48 per hour

Maximum : $38.21 per hour
