Experience
- 2-5 years of experience working in a help desk environment (e.g., as a help desk solutions specialist, help desk analyst, help desk technician, or similar), providing internal technical support to employees
- Previous Level 1 and 2 support experience providing technical support with Microsoft Office 365 applications and Windows 10 in a business environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operation system and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of Azure, VMware, Cisco switches, or Cisco Unified Communications would be a definite asset
Qualifications
Ability to pass a criminal background checkWillingness and ability to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites in Elmira and ColborneValid G License in good standing requiredAny certification in Microsoft Office, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar would be an assetEducation
Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field
