Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned territory by supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities
- Drive sales of machine control, construction positioning, and related surveying solutions
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, site visits, cold outreach, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, needs assessment, solution presentation, and quotation through to closing
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate technical solutions in a clear, value-driven way
- Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and equipment operators
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and customer information using CRM tools
- Represent Spatial Technologies professionally in the field and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and service
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management—preferably within construction, surveying, or technologyStrong knowledge of heavy equipment, site design / surveys, grade stakes, lasers, GPS, and robotic total stations (hands-on experience is an asset)Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer valueStrong relationship-building skills and a customer-first approachComfortable working in the field, including visiting construction sites and operating environmentsValid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within the region as requiredPost-secondary education in construction, engineering, surveying, or a related field is an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
