Welder (CWB certified, MIG / TIG welding)

Overview

Our client is a global manufacturer of truck trailers.

Working hours

Working hours : 7 : 30am-6pm, Mon.-Thu.

Wage

Wage : Up to $25 / hr depending on the working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and / or TIG welding on various gauges of steel and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine welding specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts to build trailer frames, sides, roofs, and doors.
• Operate heavy machinery such as jibs, hoists, and forklifts to position materials (certification a plus).
• Conduct quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other general duties as assigned.
