The Head of Strategy is supporting the Brand President in monitoring and managing the performance of the company. Supportive role includes but is not limited to :
- Build, Extract, Monitor, and Evaluate Key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Measure the company's performance against these established benchmarks and propose areas for strategic improvement.
- Measure the efficiency of various company strategic initiatives and validate their effectiveness.
- Build Models to measure market penetration.
- Build and Conduct periodical competitive surveys to ascertain the company positioning.
- Supervise projects to achieve increased scalability and efficiency.
- Measure and Review customer satisfaction through surveys, focus groups and Delphi meetings
- Develop new client acquisition tactics and retention efforts.
- Analyze qualitative / quantitative research and analytics to identify strategic plans for all company functions.
- Build, Monitor, and Evaluate various Customer demand data and propose various action plans based on this analysis.
- Collect feedback and key concerns impacting staff morale and performance.
- Conceive studies and experiments for uncovering new business ideas and concepts.
- Design new revenue streams by leveraging new technologies.
- Develop on-the-job training programs.
- Develop staff through capability development, coaching and mentoring.
- Drive Stakeholder understanding across the organization to support company initiatives.
- Lead in change management initiatives.
- Translate research findings into cohesive strategies and solutions.
