Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer youdeterminethe user experience of our clients digital products. Youhave acuteself-awareness and deep empathyfor both the customer and our clients content developing information architectures documenting scenarios and use cases and delivering detailed wireframes and function specifications is your day-to-day.

Youllown areas of work from design through to completionincluding shaping major features and the design and development processto ensurethatwork isreviewed for quality assurance andmilestones are metsuccessfully and on time.

You Will :

• Design holistic systems flows and interfaces that are simple elegant and beautiful through detailed wireframes visual compositions and prototypesthat communicate design intentand client and user feedback.
• Draw insights from data provided by web analytics and researchstudies andturn those insights into tangible design solutions.
• Provide guidance to members of the design team constantly pushing the quality of our work.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams on all the details that make an experience delightful through the creation and maintenance of design systems or design languages documentation and interaction specifications.
• Manage time effectively and executeaccording to commitments.
• Apply a critical lens toyourown work and the work of others.
• Demonstrate team orientation build rapport with creative teammates and producers.
• Clearly articulate complex ideastoboth the internal team and client.
• Lead mid-level project work from a design perspective with autonomy and authorityfacilitatingdesign studios and working sessions to help the teams deliver the bestpossible solutions.
• Continuouslyseekto be well-informedregardingnew software and design concepts.
• Understandtheprocess of business development and providesupport by conducting relevant researchidentifyingkey insights and producing pitch materials with guidance from leadership.
• Contributeto team culture bydemonstratinga positive attitude team-oriented approach leadership qualities and openness to learning and feedback.

You Have :

Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a number of factors that inclu de but arent limited to a candidates experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$75000 - $85000 CAD
