Job Summary

The Operations Partner is a critical logistical role essential to Bird's success in Windsor. You will take responsibility for the logistics of the local fleet of e‑scooters and e‑bikes, ensuring they are charged, safe, and positioned correctly to meet the community's transportation needs.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals or logistics businesses ready to hit the ground running. Whether you are a solo operator with a single van or a fleet owner capable of deploying multiple drivers, you can scale this partnership to fit your capacity.

You will have the flexibility to choose how you operate :

• Maximize earnings by securing your own space (warehouse / facility) to charge vehicles overnight.
• Streamline operations by simply retrieving and transporting vehicles to our central warehouse.

This is a pay‑per‑task opportunity where earnings are directly tied to output. With an hourly range between $20-$30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Transportation : Utilize your vehicle(s) or fleet to collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e‑scooters and e‑bikes across Windsor daily.

Task‑Based Operations (Choose your model) :

Field Execution : Problem‑solve in real‑time to overcome obstacles, prioritize tasks, and navigate local geography efficiently.
