La Direction du Centre Sectoriel Industrie recrute un manager sectoriel (H / F).
Ce manager.e sectoriel assure ses responsabilités sur 2 grands champs : le management et la coordination, et l'expertise en ingénierie.
Management et Coordination :
- Diriger une équipe constituée principalement d’ingénieurs de formation, et en piloter l’activité pour l’atteinte des objectifs,
- Contribuer à la définition des missions, à l’organisation et à l’élaboration des procédures de l’ingénierie de compétences,
- Faciliter le développement de réseaux de partenaires ou de sous-traitants internes ou externes,
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs économiques de la Direction de l’Ingénierie et de l’Innovation,
- Être membre de l’équipe de direction du centre sectoriel Industrie.
Expertise en ingénierie :
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des plans d’action et piloter leurs mises en œuvre,
- Contribuer à la définition et l’actualisation des méthodes, des orientations de l’ingénierie de certification et de formation sur les champs techniques et organisationnels,
- Conduire et animer les débats dans le cadre des évolutions des Titres Professionnels avec les instances paritaires du Ministère chargé de l’emploi,
- Etre le correspondant direct des partenaires professionnels : Branches, Syndicats et autres organismes,
- Connaitre et comprendre les démarches d’analyse systémique des emplois et des certifications,
- Savoir piloter et analyser la veille (ex. : analyse des évolutions économiques, technologiques et sociologiques sectorielles),
- Contribuer à la réponse à appels d’offres,
- Accompagner le déploiement de la nouvelle offre.
Etre titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau II ou avoir une expérience équivalente. Posséder une expérience significative d’expertise et d’encadrement si possible dans le secteur Industrie.
