Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Broker located at Wellacare Insurance Corp's Courtice Branch in Courtice, ON. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, handling policy renewals, liaising with insurance providers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

This position is a commission based position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles and practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is a must
• Prior experience in commercial insurance for a minimum of 2 years is required.
