Qualifications:
- 5 Years Commercial Lines Experience, TSR EXPERIENCE DOESN'T COUNT
- R.I.B.O.
- Proficiency With Applied EPIC
- Proficiency with ARS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Insurer Portal Use both for Quoting, Wordings and Changes
- Ability to Work Independently
- Client Service Focused
- Excellent verbal and communication Skills
Job Duties:
- Build & maintain strong relationships with Insurers and clientele
- Aid colleagues where needed
- Review policies for accuracy, contracts and report claims
- Negotiate terms/pricing/policy conditions with Underwriters and analyze
- Prepare client proposals and maintain accurate documentation with respect to renewals
- Assist with designing insurance plans for clients as necessary
- Ability to analyze, negotiate & prepare carrier renewal
- Respond to client inquiries/issues within established timelines/service standards
- Maintain up to date records, expiry lists, daily abeyances
- Manage day-to-day issues for clients requests and amendment
- Create and modify complex spreadsheets
- Maintain database of client conversations
- Follow up with Insurers/Customers for outstanding information, endorsements, policy documents
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
