Intermediate Designer

Salary: $65,000-$75,000

About the Role

As Intermediate Designer youll help guide Panago to be Canadas most loved pizza company. Youll execute a wide range of external and internal branded collateral and communication materials that drive sales, grow our brand, and support franchisee success and community engagement. Youll have the creative mandate to support projects from concept through to execution either independently or in conjunction with outside agencies.

Activities & Impact

Creative Development: Design compelling, on-brand materials for a variety of channels including:

• Social media graphics, some light photography, and campaign visuals
• Sandwich boards and counter cards
• In-store point-of-sale (POS) materials
• Sales and sponsorship decks
• Flyers and promotional collateral
• Format changes for Print and Out-of-home (OOH) advertising
• Physical in-store design look and feel and uniforms
• Charity and sponsorship advertising packages
• Franchisee communication and training tool design
• Website and App updates and digital assets
• Packaging design

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, franchisees, agencies, and print vendors to produce high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve Panagos brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and excellence.

Innovation: Bring fresh creative ideas and a positive, solution-focused approach to all design challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, QSR, CPG, or multi-unit franchise environments.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and brand application.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Ability to create and manage production-ready files and coordinate with vendors.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
