Program Reporting & Governance Analyst (Hybrid)
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Program Reporting & Governance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across programs. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust data governance standards, overseeing the full lifecycle of program data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The analyst leads the development of business cases for new and ongoing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to justify investments and track outcomes.
A core aspect of this role is producing reports and dashboards that clearly communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership. The analyst works closely with program teams to understand reporting needs, drive corrective actions, and improve forecasting. Additional responsibilities include streamlining.
