Summary :

The Funding Analyst will review funding submissions to ensure funds are advanced to vendors in a timely manner. This role provides exceptional customer service throughout the fulfillment process by responding to inquiries and escalating issues as required. This role will also focus on areas such as auditing documentation, communicating with the broker teams and submitting registrations for funded contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and review lease and rental documentation to ensure compliance and proper contract execution.
• Collaborate internally to identify and resolve contract issues, while maintaining accurate funded contracts and supporting documentation.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance, proactively escalate risks, and support periodic audits to maintain process integrity.
• Collaborate internally to improve funding workflows and efficiency, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and adapt processes in response to policy and regulatory changes.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned
