Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Hypercare Support Analyst)

Overview

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Hypercare Support Analyst) for a 3-month contract role with our foodservice client. This role will be on site in either London, Ontario, or Delta, British Columbia. These plants operate 24 X 6.

Compensation : $75.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience.

This is a unique opportunity for a resource with manufacturing production supervision experience to assist a client with their ERP implementation using MS Dynamics 365. The resource will need to have experience with manufacturing systems, the manufacturing floor (warehouse management and inventory control), and have technical aptitude specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The resource will work closely with users as they go live with their new ERP environment, which will also incorporate scanning. The resource will be part of a team that troubleshoots issues during go-live and will be at one of two locations for Hypercare support. The role includes working one of three shifts that run from 4 : 00 AM until 2 : 00 AM. The resource will participate in User Acceptance Testing and training before go-live.

Responsibilities

• Work with users during go-live and provide Hypercare support for MS Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise during the ERP go-live period.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve manufacturing floor challenges including warehouse management and inventory control.
• Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, and participate in training prior to go-live.
• Operate across one of two locations as assigned for Hypercare support.
