Shift Schedule : 4-on / 4-off rotation (4 day shifts, 4 off, 4 night shifts, 4 off)
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipmentTroubleshoot, repair, and analyze equipment failuresInstall and upgrade production lines with new technologyContribute to site-wide safety and quality initiatives
Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and production teams to keep our facility running at optimal capacityQualifications
Journeyman Millwright Certification (Alberta or Red Seal)Electrical or Power Engineering / Steam Ticket is an assetMinimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or productionExperience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and PLCs is an assetPhysical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to lift / carry 45-60 lbs continuously for 8-12 hoursAbility to push / pull up to 80 lbs frequentlyFrequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and graspingCompletion of required Safety and Quality / Food Safety training and compliance with all site policiesWhy work at PepsiCo?
