Overhead Door, Service Technician Lead Hand

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect diagnose and repair overhead doors loading docks and related equipment
• Complete work orders inspection sheets and capture site photos for documentation
• Maintain service equipment and ensure all tools are in safe working condition
• Adhere to safety regulations and deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Coordinate and assist team members on complex installations and repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee and mentor Service Technician Apprentices providing guidance and support

What were looking for:

• 2 years of lead hand loading docks and commercial overhead doors experience
• Clean valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
• Comfortable working at heights
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
