Salary : $50,000 - $60,000

Position Overview

The Senior Building Operator supports the day-to-day operation and performance of building systems to ensure tenant comfort, safety, and efficient building operations. This newly created position reflects continued portfolio growth and the need for enhanced operational oversight and technical expertise. The role is responsible for overseeing building maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex system issues, and supporting emergency response and compliance requirements while working closely with the Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot building systems to ensure optimal performance and tenant comfort
• Complete general building repairs and maintenance, including fixtures, plumbing, and electrical components
• Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and compliance documentation

Support water treatment, chemical management, and life safety system operations
