Job Description
What will you work on?
The Sourcing Operations Lead is a subject matter expert for Procurement policies, processes, systems and tools.
How will you create impact?
- Responsible for maintaining procurement policies, processes, systems and tools
- Process owner for the Master Vendor File in SAP including the process for adding, modifying and deleting suppliers in the database for all Spin Master regions globally
- Manage and maintain the Procurement Website
- Support and maintain spend cube, including reporting out of and presenting regular data updates.
- Support and maintain end to end procurement P2P processes
- Prepare and present monthly OPEX (operating review) updates as required
- Maintain procurement-related policies, guidelines and procedures
- Maintain communication and training material
