Regional Painter

Proficient in the use of sprayer equipment, compressors, sandblasters and small power equipment

Knowledge of erecting scaffolding, ladders and planks to reach surfaces of work areas for painting

Knowledge of tools, equipment and application techniques common to the painting trade

A valid driver’s license

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Regional Painters are responsible for servicing multiple buildings, both interior and exterior work in an Assigned Portfolio of properties. They proactively inspect grounds and facilities to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required. We are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring superior craftsmanship in the execution of job functions, as well as providing service and support to our Residents, thereby ensuring that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice.

Compensation :

This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 . The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
