Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in building materials, construction products, industrial products, or technical sales? Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, managing projects, and helping customers find solutions rather than simply selling commodities?
Our client is a respected and growing building materials manufacturer seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow an established customer base throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
This is a relationship-driven sales role with approximately 70% account management and 30% new business development.

Opportunity to Grow into a Larger Leadership Role WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Manage and grow an established portfolio of contractor and project-based customers
- Develop new business opportunities throughout Alberta and British Columbia
- Build relationships with General Contractors, builders, project managers, estimators, and key decision-makers
- Support customers through project planning, product selection, quotations, and technical discussions
- Identify opportunities early in the construction process to help influence project outcomes
- Travel throughout the territory to maintain relationships and support project activity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry
- Experience working with contractors, construction projects, industrial customers, or technical products
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable reviewing project information, drawings, specifications, and quotations
IDEAL EXPERIENCE - Building envelope, insulation, roofing, cladding, waterproofing, architectural products, metal building products, or related construction systems
- Blueprint reading, estimating, project quotations, or material takeoffs
- Industrial, commercial, agricultural construction markets
