This role will be critical to building the operational infrastructure to support that growth.
Position Overview
The Vice President, Finance & Digital Transformation , is responsible for leading and integrating the Finance, HR / Talent, and IT functions at AES. This role will modernize core systems and processes, implement high-frequency, data-driven reporting, and build a high-performing team to support scalable, profitable growth. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems & Platform Modernization
- Lead implementation and stabilization of Vision ERP and Indago WMS across all sites
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, including :
≥97% Order Accuracy

Candidate Profile
Required Experience
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Services, Finance, Operations, or IT5+ years in a senior leadership or executive roleProven success in ERP and / or WMS implementation (Vision, Indago, or similar platforms)Experience in wholesale distribution, logistics, industrial, or related sectorsDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing business transformationsSkills & Attributes
Strong financial and operational acumen (ROIC, GMROI, CCC, EBITDA), including deep accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
