• Full time permanent role working 44-50 hours per week with overtime pay available

You are looking to work in small, well-established company where you can put your leadership skills to work for the benefit of everyone.   We are Pro-Elect Technologies () , and we specialize in building, installing, and servicing custom control panels in the industrial sector.   We also provide service and support to customers in a wide range of industries in the industrial sector.   We’re growing, and we want you to join our team as our newest licensed electrician.   Licensed Electrician :   You’ll love your new role with us because no two weeks will be the same. Here’s what you’ll do :
• Start your day in our Milton office to obtain work instructions,
• Use our service vehicle to travel to different sites across the GTA
• Handle anything from building and working on control panels, to performing electrical installations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and service customers’ equipment   You’ll need to be flexible, and responsive – customers can call with emergencies at a moment’s notice.   As a licensed electrician, you’ve got the technical skills we need – but you’re more than your tickets. Our customers and our team will love working with you because of your positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.   The Details :   In addition to your hourly wage ($30-$40 / hr.), benefits are negotiable, and you’ll receive standard vacation time, with some flexibility for time off beyond the minimum 2 weeks.   A typical day will start at 7 : 00 am, and ending hours may vary depending on what you’re working on that day. Sometimes, you’ll need to work on weekends.   Our office is in Milton, and our customers are located all over the GTA. Occasionally, we service customers across Canada, and potentially in the US. To start, you’ll be reporting daily to our Milton office.   Working @ Pro-Elect Technologies :   We’re a family-owned business, established over 25 years ago. • Licensed 309 journeyman electrician (completion of an electrician apprenticeship program within Canada).
• Experience working as an electrician in the industrial sector
• Experience performing electrical troubleshooting, controls,VFD & PLC is an asset
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Self starter, able to work on your own or with others
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Working at heights certification
• First aid certification
