SAP Service Cloud Functional Consultant - IS-Utilities (ISU)

Work Location : remote or hybrid
Start Date ASAP
End Date Mar 31, 2024 + possible extension

Our client, a global leading IT company, is seeking a SAP Service Cloud Functional Consultant. Requires strong knowledge and experience in SAP IS-Utilities (ISU) and Service Cloud.

Education / Certifications :

Certification in SAP IS-Utilities and / or SAP Service Cloud.

Experience :

5 years of CRM / ISU / SAP Service Cloud experience.

In depth knowledge of ISU processes such as :

Moves

Financial reporting

Interaction records

ISU Billing

Devices Management

Knowledge in Computer Telephony Integration and IVR

Service notifications

Knowledge of business master data and technical master data

Experience in writing test scripts related to Utilities business processes

Desired Experience :

Knowledge in C4C Utilities Interaction center

CTI integration with C4C

Knowledge of Utilities related facets
