The opportunity

The Contingent Workforce Management Program Associate provides essential operational support to EY Canadas contingent workforce (CWF) department ensuring accuracy efficiency and responsiveness in service delivery. Working as part of a centralized team this associate-level role is responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks that enable the smooth functioning of the programs Payments & Compliance specialties. The successful candidate is detail-oriented proactive and client-focused with a strong ability to manage data and communication workflows in a fast-paced professional environment.

Your key responsibilities

Program Administration & Support :

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contingent Workforce Program team specifically the Payments & Compliance function
• Coordinate and maintain documentation for active and archived engagements
• Monitor program inbox and triage requests by responding directly or routing to the appropriate specialist for resolution
• Serve as a point of contact for general program inquiries ensuring timely and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to EYs contingent workforce governance standards and compliance requirements
