Role Summary

Export Packers is offering a unique opportunity to jumpstart your career in sales and commodity trading through our NextGen Trading Program. This two-year, full-time program is designed to develop the next generation of Traders through immersive, hands-on learning in a fast-paced, international business environment.

What Youll Do

Foundational Learning Logistics & Supply Chain

• Begin in our logistics department to understand how goods move domestically and internationally
• Gain firsthand experience in transportation, warehousing, documentation, and global trade compliance
• Build core knowledge to support future trading decisions

Progressive Exposure to Trading

Customer & Supplier Development

Skills & Competencies Youll Build

Who You Are

This position is based in a professional office setting, with work primarily performed at a desk using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment.

Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is expected to fall between $60,000 and $70,000.
