Development Coordinator
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Development Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient execution of real estate projects. This role is integral to our mission of delivering sustainable, high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation : Organize and maintain contracts, permits, plans, and reports.
- Scheduling : Assist with project schedules and track milestones.
- Communication : Coordinate between team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Meetings : Schedule, prepare materials, and document meeting minutes.
- Budget Tracking : Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management : Support risk assessment and issue resolution.
- Research : Conduct research and analysis to aid decision-making.
- Administrative Support : Assist the project manager with various tasks.
