Controller
to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization known for delivering high-quality construction projects and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.Your New Role Reporting directly to the President, the Controller will oversee the financial operations of multiple entities within the organization. You will lead the finance department, manage financial reporting, budgeting,pliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing allpany accounts, assets, and investments
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Leading budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives
• Overseeing audits and ensuring regulatorypliance
• Supervising finance staff and driving system improvements
• Coordinating with external partners including banks and auditors

What You’ll Need to Succeed We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years in a controllership / senior leadership role in financial management and accounting
• Construction sector experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Jonas preferred)
• Strongmunication, leadership, and organizational skills
