Civil / Structural Drafter / Designer

Phasor Engineering currently has an opening for a Civil / Structural Drafter / Designer position for either its Burnaby BC or Calgary AB offices. This is a staff position, and we offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities :

• Core competency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software to develop civil drawings, including :
• Plans, sections, details and general notes.
• Civil site preparations, grading, drainage systems, access roads and fence drawings
• Familiar with Survey and Geospatial Data, topographic data, DEMs and GIS information
• Creating accurate base maps and terrain models
• Coordinate with the drafting and engineering team and other discipline members to ensure
• Additional competency in AutoCAD and / or Microstation software to develop structural drawings, including :
• Experience with Steel,  or concrete and wood materials.
• Structure plans, sections, details and general notes.
• Foundation layout plans, sections, details and general notes.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Salary variations depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and current market conditions specific to the role.
