Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales : As a key Leader on Duty, you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader : You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. You model leadership and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You have an eye for talent and a love of training : You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. You take pride in training and developing associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work : You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing real-time coaching. You motivate and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
• You are a visual and operational innovator : You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is your standard : You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and do the right thing—always.
