Identify all stakeholders affected by the change and understand the impact of the business changes on the stakeholders
Assess the stakeholders’ readiness for the business changes and determine the potential risks and related strategies for adoption of the new solution
Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans and execute / manage activities
Coach business leaders in change management principles and their practical application
Evaluate effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption
Collaborate with the customer in developing a post implementation reinforcement plan to increase the level of adoption of the new solution.
What you must have :
Valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification.
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification.
10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions
7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects.
5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare.
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting.
1 year of experience implementing a new governance model in a healthcare setting.
