ViiV Healthcare recherche un professionnel expérimenté et orienté vers les résultats dans le domaine des ventes spécialisées

pour le poste de Responsable de Territoire (RT) au sein de l'équipe de vente des injectables (Cabenuva). La capacité de prospérer dans un environnement rapide et complexe et de travailler avec des professionnels de la santé (HCP) sera essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle. De plus, la capacité à collaborer de manière transversale sera cruciale. Il est attendu que le candidat retenu ait démontré son expérience dans l'élaboration de plans d'affaires stratégiques avec des objectifs spécifiques, mesurables et orientés vers l'action, conformément aux objectifs de territoire et de compte.

Les résultats attendus incluront la vente aux HCP, le service de leurs comptes, et l'alignement sur la mission de ViiV Healthcare de ne laisser aucune personne vivant avec le VIH de côté.

Principales missions et responsabilités :

• Obtenir des résultats grâce à des ventes et un service exceptionnels
• Identifier, cibler et remporter de nouvelles affaires en influençant les HCP pour adopter une nouvelle approche du traitement du VIH
• Engager les HCP, les infirmières, le personnel et les administrateurs pour comprendre avec précision les défis et opportunités cliniques, organisationnels et financiers au sein des comptes cibles
• Utiliser les analyses de données, les connaissances commerciales et l'expertise du marché pour identifier les prospects prioritaires
• Préparer et exécuter des plans d'affaires adaptés aux besoins uniques de chaque client et aider les HCP à adapter leur modèle de traitement pour atteindre plus de patients
• Coordonner, engager et collaborer avec plusieurs membres de l'équipe transversale pour offrir une expérience produit intégrée aux clients
• Maintenir une approche de vente basée sur le portefeuille et fermer les boucles de communication interne pour garantir une expérience cohérente et intégrée de ViiV
• Fournir un service client exceptionnel en anticipant de manière proactive et en répondant aux problèmes, besoins et demandes des HCP
• Mettre en œuvre et adapter des plans d'exécution pour atteindre les objectifs de performance en utilisant des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), en échelonnant les succès, en résolvant les problèmes commerciaux, etc.
• Développer et entretenir des relations externes avec des clients influents clés et des leaders d'opinion
• Conformité, responsabilités et culture basée sur les valeurs

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced, results-driven professional in Specialty Sales for the position of Territory Manager (TM) on the Injectable Sales Team (Cabenuva) . The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work with HCPs will be essential to delivering success in this role.

Additionally, the abilities to partner cross-functionally will be critical. It is expected that the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals.

Successful outcomes will include selling to HCPs, servicing their accounts, and being aligned to ViiV Healthcare’s mission of leaving no person with HIV behind.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to accurately understand the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
• Prepare and execute business plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each customer and that help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
• Coordinate, engage, and partner with multiple cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to customers
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure customers experience a cohesive, integrated ViiV
• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs and requests
• Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc.
• Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders

• Act in ways consistent with ViiV’s culture, expectations, and values
• Escalate issues and risks when needed; display courage by ‘speaking up’
• Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate and collaborate with National Sales Manager, fellow specialist representatives and cross-functional partners (marketing, medical, community etc.)
• Report, in a timely manner, all adverse events identified during the course of their activities in accordance with internal policies (including VH-CORP-400) and training, and any follow up information received.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or a mix of formal education and related work experience
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience as consistent top performer
• Experience partnering cross functionally with other field-based team members
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
• Experience launching new products
• Experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications :

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
• Previous specialty care experience
• Proven ability to build and leverage a network of specialist physicians
• Previous experience in the HIV market
• Experience successfully selling working with Specialty Pharmacies
• Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
