What Youll Do

This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll learn from experienced project teams and gain exposure to all phases of commercial and institutional construction projects.

Youll support Project Managers and Superintendents by helping manage:

• Project documentation (RFIs submittals change orders etc.)
• Scheduling and coordination of trades and suppliers
• Health & safety compliance
• Progress tracking and reporting tools (Procore or similar)
• Site logistics and procurement support
• Pre-construction and closeout processes

This is not a desk-only job. Youll be in the office on-site and in meetings with real decision-makers. Youll be trusted with responsibility and given room to grow.

Who You Are

• A Construction Management Engineering or Architecture Tech grad (or equivalent experience)
• 03 years of experience in commercial or institutional construction (internships/co-ops count!)
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software MS Office and ideally Procore
• Organized driven and proactive youre the type to take initiative before being asked
• A great communicator who can work with site staff consultants and clients
• Humble curious and excited to learn from one of the best teams in the country
