WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a fast-paced environment, including order processing, customer inquiries, inventory handling, and inventory counts. You will support operational tasks such as special orders, lost shipment investigations, credit card processing, Accounts Receivable support, tooth credits, and tooth orders for other branches. You will participate in department meetings and training programs, maintain knowledge of tooth manufacturers and Top 200 codes, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies.

WHAT YOU BRING

You bring a high school diploma or post-secondary education, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Experience in a lab or dental environment is an asset, along with the ability to learn quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a professional and reliable approach. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, as well as to grasp, bend, walk, and reach above shoulder height.

*This position is based in our Concord Branch – Onsite.

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
