The Programs Support Student Data Administrator is an integral part of the Decision Support Department, collaborating closely with the Learning Services Support Team. Their role involves bridging Prism, Dual Credits, SHSM, and other Learning Services Programs with PowerSchool, ensuring data integrity for Ministry Reporting and addressing the diverse needs of students. Qualifications and Skills required : College diploma or bachelor’s degree in information science, technology, computer science or related field. Proficient in Student Data Management software and Microsoft Office applications 5 + years Board or School experience for an understanding of Policies and Procedures. Understanding of PRISM, Dual Credits, SHSM, SWAC, OYAP, Myblueprint, and other Programs within the SIS and 3rd party applications Minimum five years’ experience implementing and supporting Student Information Management systems Prior knowledge of ONSIS Business Rules and Procedures Prior Student Management Experience Excellent problem solving and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to Maintain and respect confidentiality and security.
