  • Happy Clients - Build trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Account Management - Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and business results. Lead monthly strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Campaign Accountability - Monitor campaign performance against client goals and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Make strategic recommendations and coordinate with production teams to implement changes that drive better results.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership - Brief the production team on campaign objectives and client expectations. Prioritize work using our project management software. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic goals before client delivery.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis - Develop and deliver data-driven reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations. Translate marketing metrics into business impact for clients.
  • Campaign Optimization - Collaborate with specialists to plan, modify, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, etc.). Adapt strategies based on performance data and changing client needs.
  • Client Growth - Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Propose new services or campaign enhancements that support client business objectives.


Requirements:


  • Strategic mindset - Ability to think beyond tactics and connect marketing activities to business outcomes
  • Accountability & ownership - Takes responsibility for client results and proactively addresses challenges
  • Strong communication skills - Able to explain complex marketing concepts clearly and build trusted relationships
  • Analytical ability - Comfortable interpreting data and making strategic recommendations
  • 2-3 years experience in account management, digital marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Computer proficiency (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Digital marketing knowledge - Understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce, PandaDoc a plus
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base salary range ($55,000 - $65,000) + recurring commission tied to account performance and growth
  • Group benefits (dental, physio, massage), 2 weeks paid vacation to start, paid sick days/personal days
