Job Overview
Onvigo is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a part-time, home-based role. This position combines finance quality control with independent travel advisor support. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy within our CRM and finance systems while providing troubleshooting and training support to advisors.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Quality Control : Review and verify trips built in the CRM for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that all required details are correctly entered for every trip.
- Finance Integration : Post verified trips to the finance system. Confirm proper generation of line items for invoices. Troubleshoot issues related to CRM trip building and invoice line-item generation. Provide guidance and solutions to advisors on CRM processes.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing : Deliver basic CRM training and support to the advisors as needed. Assist in creating job aids or quick reference guides for common CRM tasks.
- Commission Management : Collaborate with both the Support and Finance teams to identify outstanding commissions. Follow up with suppliers to confirm commission status and expedite payment. Maintain accurate records of commission inquiries and resolutions. Communicate clearly with advisors regarding expected timelines for commission payouts. Proactively monitor and report on commission trends to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with CRM systems and finance platforms (travel industry experience preferred).Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues effectively.Excellent communication skills for advisor support and training.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with new technologiesIndependent self-starter with the ability to collaborate well with othersHigh attention to detail, with the ability to correct errors and flag inconsistencies with easeThrives in a KPI driven environmentAbility to build trust and work through conflict both upwards and downwardWork Arrangement
