AsaLoanFulfillmentTechnician,you’llcontributedirectlyto anoptimizedlendingprocessthroughvariousprocessingactivities.Yourabilitytoapplyjudgment,analyzesituations anddeterminethepropersteps–evenwhenapplicationsdon’tfallwithinstandardprocedure–willhelpensurethatloanadministrationiscomplete,rigorousand compliant.

Whatyou’lldo

• Executevariousloanprocessingactivities,includingsecurity, documentation,amendments,paymentsanddisbursements

• Uselendingsystems(JET, CML, CMS) toensuredataintegrity

• Monitor andmanagetheindividualworklisttomeetservice standards

• Identifyandrecommendprocessimprovements

• Validateapplicationsin accordancewithpolicies,signeddocuments and provinciallegislation

• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems

• Supportinternalpartnersandrespondtoinquiriesfromfieldoffices

Whatyou’llbringto theteam

Requiredqualifications:

• Abachelor’sdegreeor certification in administration,businessor arelatedfield

Preferredqualifications:

• Workingknowledgeofloanmanagementsystemsand applications

• Twoyearsofexperiencerelatedtolending,mortgages,bankingservices,creditproducts, or in thelegalfield(or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience).

• Bilingualism(English and French)
