Job Description

The In Room Dining Server position is an exciting opportunity to provide food & beverage service in guest rooms and serve in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Starting rate : $16.89 per hour, with increases after six months and up to $17.89 at three years.

Job Duties

• Providing luxury service from early mornings to late nights; opening servers start as early as 5 : 30 AM, closing servers stay as late as 1 AM.
• Delivering orders and amenities to guest rooms.
• Setting up and working functions in guest rooms for up to 75 guests.
• Running the Gold floor lounge Food & Beverage component, including deluxe breakfast buffet, evening canapés service, barista service, and bartending.
• Development opportunities such as cashiering, taking guest orders, processing payments, organizing daily deliveries, and assisting the Manager on Duty with service flow.
• Other duties as assigned.
