Deer Creek is Hiring!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our culinary team. This role is vital to maintaining the quality and safety of the food we serve, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals, ensuring food quality, maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness, and supporting other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking :

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure food safety in all aspects of food handling.

Communicate effectively with the Chef and Food & Beverage service staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of food storage areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation and pest control guidelines.
