Description de posteProvide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop Accurately estimate service costs and completion times Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles Ability to maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing training Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Knowledge of PBS is an asset

We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor at our Cobourg Kia location to be part of our dynamic team.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation : This is a base salary plus performance bonuses position. Top Achievers are estimated to earn $50,000 to $90,000 annually
