Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a Financial company in the Downtown, Toronto area.

This is a remote, temporary, full-time position, with the potential to become permanent. Read below to find out more :

Location : Hybrid, right by Union station (2-3 days in office)

Hours :

Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am- 5 : 00 pm

Pay : 24-27.00 / hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Receiving inbound / outbound calls in English and French regarding issues / concerns related to customers' pre-paid visa cards
  • Resolving customers' concerns by listening to the problem and offering the best solution
  • Assisting customers in making changes and following the appropriate policies and procedures in place
  • Responding to all customer emails promptly
  • Providing exceptional and professional service in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
  • Call center experience is an asset
  • Customer Service experience
  • Tech-savvy
  • Professional and a team player
