Applicants for this full‑time position will report to the Manager of Parts Operations Systems and Analytics at Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) in Bowmanville, ON (Hybrid).

Anticipated annual base salary : $75,700 – $99,300, depending on experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.

Utilize industry knowledge to analyze and integrate data from multiple sourcesApply statistical / analytical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and produce automated, insight‑driven reportingApply data quality and transformation techniques to maintain high‑integrity datasetsCollaborate across business and leadership teams to ensure alignment of reporting and analyticsTrain and support cross‑functional teams on analytics tools and best practicesPresent findings and insights to leadership, key stakeholders and other business units in a clear and effective wayIntake and assess incoming requests and effectively manage prioritiesInvestigate the drops in key performance indicators due to unforeseen circumstances or system breakdowns and report findingsDrive continuous improvement by identifying, analyzing, and defining optimization opportunities across operationsCollaborate with Information Services to identify and design data pipelines for efficient and reliable movement of data from source systemsAutomate routine tasks and reporting using VBA, Python, or Power Automate to streamline processesDevelop and maintain standardized analytics SOPs to govern the design, delivery, and use of operational reportingStrong skillset with modern analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Python, Analysis for Office, SAP BOBJ, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.What You’ll Bring
University degree or college diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience3 years of experience with operations data and analytics is preferredAdvanced technical skills including experience with data analysis, Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsQuality‑focused with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple changing priorities within a fast‑paced environmentStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience with SAP (S4, BW, BOBJ, EWM, IBP) is an assetKnowledge in supply chain and inventory management is an assetAbout Us
