Under the close supervision of our Senior Personal Lines Manager, we are looking for a specialist with a passion for the Personal Lines field. This key role involves identifying and accurately assessing our customers' risks and needs, providing sound advice on the insurance products best suited to their unique situation. You will be responsible for negotiating the best offers from various insurers while maintaining a business relationship with our customers.

- Providing personalized and professional advice to our customers.
- Analyze and evaluate risks to select the most appropriate insurance products.
- Manage policy renewals and develop new business.
- Process changes and claims efficiently.
- Contribute to various administrative and support tasks within the department.
What we're looking for:
- A certified personal lines P&C insurance professional with current Autorité des marchés financiers accreditation.
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service and in-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry.
- Proficiency in major insurer portals, Applied Tarif Expert, Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingualism French English ( English an asset)
