Position Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in our client’s HVAC department, ensuring seamless execution of a diverse variety of interesting and exciting marketing projects. You will join forces with product marketing management and other internal team members to conceive, create and effectively enact marketing initiatives and spreading of valuable content across various channels.
In your day-to-day, this includes managing marketing materials, strategizing marketing events, applying your creative flair to digital and print campaigns, and employing your keen eye and business acumen to improve marketing workflows. All of this in a coordinated effort to maintain and reinforce brand consistency, marketplace footprint, and enhance overall customer engagement across the board.
Work with agencies to develop new marketing materials.Ordering and inventory management of marketing materials (collateral, print, promotional materials, etc.).Content creation for distributors and dealers, in collaboration with the marketing team.Planning and development of content for social media, case studies, videos, newsletters, webinars and articles in collaboration with marketing department and external agencies.Organize and plan marketing workflow of content and collateral to meet production requirements.Review and submit requests for updates to domain names and content posted on website.Assist in development and implementation of processes to improve workflow and efficiencies.Support sales in development and review of sales presentations.Assist in other marketing activities such as events and general administration.Inspect proofs for accuracy and adherence to corporate standards.Coordinate, organize and maintain a library of graphics, media, digital records, and other enterprise content.When necessary, write and edit marketing copy, web copy, etc.Create and produce digital content and design elements.Create electronic page layouts using publishing software.Experience
3-5 years of experience in marketing project management.3-5 years of direct work experience as a graphic designer or a similar role.Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.Able to update marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of marketing principles and their application in content marketing and creation of collateral.Current on latest graphic design methods, practices, and techniques.Strong design skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Fluency in French is an asset.
