Responsibilities
Review and process leases, purchases, service agreements, and equipment order entriesBill sales transactions and track all order activity in individual Sales Representative Sales LogsProcess equipment pick-ups and invoice charges from various vendorsEnsure accurate application of sales and service promotional programs to transactionsAudit complete Billing Packages relevant to Service and Lease Agreements prior to invoicingQualifications
Bilingual in French and EnglishMinimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative roleStrong mathematical skills and high attention to detailExcellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelPreferred Qualifications
Experience in a sales administration or similar roleFamiliarity with billing and invoicing processesAbility to work overtime as neededPrevious experience in a remote work environmentBenefits
