What You Will Do
The Territory Representative will execute all assigned field marketing activities to drive brand awareness, convert assigned end users and increase POS growth.
In this position, the Territory Representative will :
Work closely with our sales team and distribution partners to execute strategic conversion and sales plans for a targeted list of end users
Build strong relationships with our select distribution partners
Meet and exceed all assigned targets
Ensure that conversion programs are being used in a financially responsible manner
Track and / or communicate plans, conversions, POS, metrics, and successes
Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s breadth of line in Cordless, Safety, Accessories, Hand Tools, PPE, and Corded products
Operate within the established budget guidelines
Collaborate with the JSS team strategies and various other Sales, Product, & Marketing roles
What You Will Bring
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
2+ years sales and / or marketing experience or equivalent
Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
Someone who works well with others and has a growth mindset
A strong multi-tasker that can prioritize tasks to meet business objectives deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Enthusiastic about learning, eager to give and receive feedback
Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to travel
