S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Service Designer to apply user-centered design principles to create seamless and intuitive service experiences on an Enterprise Digital Transformation program
1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Vancouver.
Must Haves :
- Expertise in applying user-centered design principles to create seamless and intuitive service experiences.
- Expertise in developing service blueprints to visualize and plan service stages and interactions.
- Proficient in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to align service design strategies with business goals.
- Skilled in developing detailed customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in creating prototypes and testing them to refine service concepts and solutions.
- Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Miro, TheyDo and other relevant tools.
- Continuous Improvement : Commitment to iterative design and continuous improvement to enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
