Aerotek is Hiring a Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a  Production Supervisor / Lead Hand  to lead our manufacturing team and ensure smooth, efficient operations. In this role, you’ll work on the Afternoon Shift (3 : 15PM-11 : 45PM) manage daily workflows, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for team development, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee production schedules and ensure targets are met.
• Supervise and coach team members to achieve high performance.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular training.
• Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

What We’re Looking For :

Physical Requirements :  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around machinery as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Abbotsford, BC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Abbotsford,BC.
