QUALITY ASSURANCE

What You'll Do

We're looking for a QA Programmer within Client SDK to help us make the future of mobile strong! You will work to develop and implement automation test strategies and utilize technical tooling to expand the breadth and depth of our QA coverage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a QA Programmer, you will also help to shape the team's efforts in mobile testing and automation, with opportunities to mentor existing QA team members who are keen to expand their technical skills.

In this role, you will

• Work with QA analysts, QA leadership, SDETs, product owners, and other developers to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, plan test coverage, and, crucially, build tooling and automation to improve efficiency across the team.
• Examine technical gaps and automation initiatives between geographically distributed teams to deliver the highest quality version of our SDK possible.
• Build and drive test strategies and test plans to cover multiple features in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Use a mix of technical and manual QA skills to execute a variety of testing techniques across your product to analyze the quality of said product while troubleshooting reported defects and internal issues.
• Report and track data quality and use that data to drive conversations around product quality and development health, supporting the dev team before, during, and after deployments
• Test communications between the client and backend services.
