House Sitter Wanted - Reliable Long Term House Sitter Needed In Bonnyville, Alberta

We will be homeowners in Bonnyville, Alberta, searching for a reliable long term house sitter to take care of our home and trying to get this in place prior to our purchase. This is a permanent, year long position - you will be paid $400.00 each month (not hourly).

You would be responsible for lawn maintenance summer (with our equipment), snow shoveling in winter, house walk throughs every 4 days in summer, every 2 days in winter if we are not home. And mail collection. No plants, no pets.

You will be paid each month and even if we are home would expect lawn and snow services. We travel extensively and are currently gone for many months and back for just a few in total randomly over each year.

When we are away for months, we may ask for a thorough house clean over and above the monthly amount (or we can hire out if you are not interested in this extra duty) You would need a back up person to cover for you when you are away.

Applicant must have plans to remain in Bonnyville area, clean criminal record check, references (non family), and consent to an interview. This position would start Spring 2026 (or when house possession occurs) and would be ongoing.
